My homage to my baby, *TehHuskeh . He does these really close, tightly cropped images that look so wicked, so I wanted to pay a little tribute to him with this shot
I'm quite chuffed with my lighting here

The light is excellent, it gives an extra to the photo and his incredible body. Great composition/perspective too. A good tribute to your man!

Good stuff here Johann. Again for me, not enough light, I reckon you could get away with even more contrast in those abs.

I definitely think there's something whack with my contrast then... It's funny, 'cos most of the white to black picture things I've checked, look okay.
I hate monitor calibration!

The image is mouthwatering. Truly--the shadows vs the lighting around the man's stomach/abs works perfectly. The only thing that may make this a weak photo is his left hand (on the right of the photo)-- the large amount of shadow/angle of the hand makes it look small and skinny--like an old person's hand which doesn't fit in with the musculature of the young man. If that makes sense.
I would have worked on the shadows of that hand to reveal it more in the light. That way everything would be unified.

Tho i must tell you,i once did abs each day for about two weeks,less than 15 mins and they were growing quite nicely.I gave up when they started to get slightly too big for a representative of the human species
