Preffered colors(not a palette, just colors you want), theme, and species. Plus you can include anything extra you may want.

Colors: light grey, black, light neon blue with neon purple and a few other different blue shades that match up with the colors
Theme: Aztec
Extra: A long goo tail and some goo parts on their neck, I would like the goo to have neon blues and purple colors

How much would this come up to be?
