The smaller, white, square box on the upper left is for a headshot of your student. Other features are fine, but we'd prefer a headshot of them
The bigger, white, square box on the right is for a fullbody of your student in their uniform. If you can fit a version with their uniform and a version without, we encourage you!
The aquamarine/teal boxes are for filling out information of your student. If you have "bad" handwriting, please use text to make the information clear. We recommend using bright colors for the text/writing on the application itself as well.

For the stats, there are seven stats, and 77* boxes in total for stats.
Each student will begin with 35 stat points.

Their house will give them 2 stat points.
Their club will give them 2 stat points.
Shop items will give them 1-3 stat points.

Cultists are given +1 stat points.
Student Council members are given +2 stat points.

(*Maxing the 11th slot will allow your character to receive certain perks.
*However, 10 points will still be the “max”, but won’t provide any boosts.

ATK Max - More likely to be able to fend off attacks from Cultists.
DEF Max - More likely to survive attacks from Cultists.
SPD Max - More likely to escape/envade the Cultists.
INTL Max - More likely to be put at a strategical advantage from the Cultists.
LUCK Max - ???
STL Max - More likely to be persuasive and cunning, often confusing the Cultists.)

For the written part:

Name: (Simple, first name and last name. Middle names and nicknames are fine too. Just put in the name that they usually go by. Make sure you don't have the same last name as someone unless you're related.)
Species: (This is a Pokemon group. What species are they? What is the Pokedex number and what type are they? Please make sure to reserve your Pokemon first!)
Gender: (All genders are accepted. Try listing their pronouns/pronouns that they're fine with being called by though.)
Age: (Scabiosa only accepts Pokemon through age 13-18. We also don't hold Pokemon back! Instead, we kick them back to public highschool until they're ready to come back!)

Status: (Are they suspended? Expelled? Dead? Brainwashed? Alive? Caught some type of weird Illness?)
Label: (What are they called in school? Do they have a title/nickname that they're known for?)

Ability: (Please use abilities that your Pokemon knows. Hidden Abilities and their Normal Abilities are all good as long as they can have it in-game.)
Height: (We are an Anthro group. Pokemon should be atleast 3 feet minimum or 8.5 feet maximum, if your species is taller than 8.5 feet, add a note that they are taller than 8.5!)
Weight: (This is very much optional. It's not needed, but, it would be useful!)

Rank/Grade: (Students are graded on their performances. Age does matter, but usually, it's just how many art/literature you're submitted of your character. All characters start off as a Freshman or Grade 9.)
Major: (We accept all forms of art! Visual, Communications, Band, Strings, Vocal, Dance, and Theater. Just make sure to list their instrument if they're a musical major.)
House: (The house all depends on their personality! House Uxie if they are calm and intelligent; House Mesprit if they are outgoing and popular; And House Azelf if they're very strong-willed and sporty.)
Group: (Are they in a cult? Are they in a club? Are they in the Student Council? Leaving this blank if your student is not in Student Council/any Cults/Clubs is acceptable)

Personality: (Please have atleast three positive, two neutral, and three negative traits. There should be one-two paragraphs discussing their personalities as well.)
History: (You get the idea. How did they get interested in the arts? How did they impress the judges during their audition day? Etc.)
Moveset: (Your 'Mon can have moves they are able to learn and TM moves. Your character should not have moves from their next evolution unless they evolve. If they are a mix of two species, they are allowed to learn moves from both species' movesets.)
