Each box is labeled with what you must put inside, but just to be safe;

The big white rectangle on the left is where you draw your student/teacher in their uniform (teachers can wear whatever they'd like as long as it's appropriate). Remember that the uniform has stripes, and your student should NOT be wearing a gray tie.
The big white rectangle on the right is where you draw your student in their casual/default uniform. Students do not need to wear uniforms after class ends, so what are they usually wearing?

In the middle of the visual application are several information boxes.
The white square box is for you to draw a headshot of your student for their 'ID Picture'.
The smaller box in the corner of the headshot is where you will put the stamp for your student's/teacher's House (stamps will be uploaded soon).
All of the other boxes that have been labeled are self-explanatory.

All characters have 8 stats for them to fill.
Strength, defense, speed, intelligence, charisma, stealth, perceptiveness, and sanity.

There will be 40 stat boxes in total. Students will have 20 right off the bat.
Their house will give them *two extra points.

(Uxie = Intelligence OR Perceptiveness
Mesprit = Charisma OR Speed
Azelf = Strength OR Defense)
*You can have both of the points in one specific stat or have them be in both.
E.g; One Mesprit student uses both of their house point stats on Charisma, meanwhile, another Uxie student uses one point on Intel and one on Perceptiveness.

Student Council Members receive one additional stat point in any stat for free.
Teachers receive two additional stat point in any stat for free.

 Stats:

There are 8 stats for *characters to earn statistic points in.
(*I will now be referring to the characters as just students, but this will also include the teachers..)
Strength - "Hey, you can fight back! Congratulations."
Defense - "You can withstand attacks! This can be very useful."
 Speed - "Gotta go fast!"
Intelligence - "You're smarter than the average Pokemon. Nerd."
Charisma - "People must really like you for being overly obnoxious and loud."
Stealth - "How'd you get here? Are you a ninja, you freak?"
Perceptiveness - "You sure do have keen eyes. Where'd you learn those detective skills?"
Sanity - "High? Are you hi? Hi! Are you hi?"

Maxing out a stat can give you a boost in it.
These are the benefits of what you can get for maxing out a specific stat:

   MAX Strength -
Your student is much stronger than usual.
Students are sure to fear them and most likely avoid picking fights with them.
(Often paired with: Speed, Defense)

   MAX Defense -
Your student is much more sturdy.
They will be able to hold their stance for a longer time and their resistance will be greatly boosted.
(Often paired with: Attack, Speed)

   MAX Speed -
Your student has better endurance for speed.
They can travel much faster and more evasive. They have much more energy and are less likely to be worn out.
(Often paired with: Charisma, Stealth)

   MAX Intelligence -
Your student's IQ is above average.
They are able to analyze things that simpletons cannot. High intelligence makes a good match with high Perceptiveness/Stealth.
(Often paired with: Perceptiveness, Stealth)

   MAX Charisma -
Your student is much more likable by everyone else.
They can be very persuasive and loud. People tend to like them or hate them. Their social skills and seduction are above average.
(Often paired with: Speed, Sanity)

   MAX Stealth -
Your student is literally a ninja. They are more cunning than before.
They are able to move undetected. Those with MAX stealth can be very hard to detect.
(Often paired with: Speed, Perceptiveness)

   MAX Perceptiveness -
Your student has a very keen eye.
Not only are they more aware of things, but they can sometimes forge handwriting and often remember what they hear.
(Often paired with: Intelligence, Stealth)

   MAX Sanity -
Having a high sanity might be useful.
Students who have low sanity suffer more from atmosphere change than others (atmosphere changes are constant, I'll tell'ya).
(Often paired with: Defense, Charisma)

 Written Application:

Name: What do people call them? What do they go by?

Species: We are a Pokemon based group. What is their Pokemon species?
Ability: What ability do they have? Hidden abilities are accepted.
Nature: What is their nature? No need to follow the stat effects. This mostly describes how they are.
Characteristic: What is their characteristic? No need to follow stat effects.

Gender: You can simply put male or female. Anything else is fine as well. Make sure to list their pronouns!
Orientation: Feel free to put whatever you'd like! Leaving this a mystery or blank is permitted as well! This is completely        optional and if you are not comfortable filling this out, you don't have to!
Age: Remember, characters should be in the age of their grade. No 17-year-old first-years!
Birthday: When were they born? Simple question, simple answer.

Grade: Are they a Freshman? A Senior? (You can put this in whatever format you'd like. E.g; 1st Year/Grade 9/Freshman)
Rank:  All students start off as a Novice (can also be referred to as Rank 4 or Bronze) unless for special reasons.
Major: So what major did they get into? There's a variety, so be sure to pick one that fits and interests them.
Label: Maybe they have a certain title that bullies call them by? Maybe they have a special nickname like 'Super Edgylord McNuggetface'? What does the school call them?

Physical Status: Are they alive, injured, or dead? Are they attending school? Relationship status isn't needed here, and would rather be placed in 'Other'.
Mental Status: How mentally scarred are they? Remember, this corresponds to their Sanity stat. This can also correspond to the atmosphere.

Height: How tall are they? Remember, they are anthros. Anthros are usually 3 to 6 feet. Unless their Pokemon Species is special/abnormally tall or large, you should keep it simple.
Weight: How much do they weigh? Make sure it makes sense. We don't want Wailord weighing 2 lbs.

Personality: You need a minimum of 3 positive traits, 3 neutral traits, and 3 negative traits. Students are required to have a paragraph about their personality as well.

 History:
Life Before... - Must be Available
This should be at least 5 lines long! Describe what their life was before coming to Scabiosa. How did they discover the school? Why were they interested in the school?
Scabiosa High - Must be Available
This is usually the most important part of your application.
Please have at least 5 lines explaining how your student found Scabiosa and a brief explanation of their audition.
(We ask that you keep their life before Scabiosa to a minimum unless it does not reveal too much about possible motives.)

Moveset: What move set does your student have? TM/HM/Tutored moves are fine, but your student's Pokemon species must be able to learn them. Feel free to label the moves too!

 Other:
Feel free to provide any other information about them here. You can tell us what their voice claim is or their themesong is if you'd like. Maybe some weird facts about them? Maybe a hint on their motives? Try not to be so obvious with the motives though!
