Let's start with the basics.
Your proportions are almost spot on, the only issue I can find being the areas just before the elbows appear slightly thin.
Your lighting and shading is very well textured and consistent throughout. I especially like how you gradient between the highlights and shadows.
Now let's get technical.
Your background texture seems a bit awkward, but not overly so to the point of being distracting.
Your use of movement is actually quite interesting; the diagonal lines of the background are interrupted by Femme Lumi (I dunno if you've got a name for this form or not) as if to suggest breaking up a normal pattern with something abnormal, something different, which fits well with the message of this piece. Lumi is a girl in this drawing, which is abnormal for that character.
The overall design works very well in my opinion. You decided to use varying shades of purple for Lumi's outline, yet you wisely spaced her figure apart from the background via the splotch of white, thus providing emphasis while preventing tension. Hell, even the shape of the splotch was a good choice, as I feel a more geometrically rigid shape would've taken away interest and heavily reduced the contrast between itself and the decidedly geometric pattern beneath it.
I like the pose although I don't really have much to say beyond that. It feels natural and again contrasts nicely with the more industrial feel of the purple and green background.
The only thing I can see that looks a bit off with the pose is her right foot. (viewer perspective) I'd have it pointing slightly more inward.
Now for the ratings!
Vision (I'm not entirely sure what they mean by this, so take with a grain of salt): 4/5
Originality: 4.5/5 I like the idea a lot. The only thing keeping it from 5 is that gender swapping has been done a lot in the past by other people.
Technique: 5/5 You know what you're doing, and it really shows. You are no stranger to some of the more complex skills such as gradiented shading and anatomy.
Impact: 5/5 Tying in with Technique, you got your message across well. I honestly can't see anything you could've done to make this pop more. Excellent work, sir.
TL;DR, I think it's awesome :3 Well done, sir!

I was confused at first, and then I read the artist's comments. (I feel your pain; the internet thinks I'm a girl too.)
