So, I just made the second place with him, but that's not bad because I can keep him and he will be working with the winner Enader as partner together.
Here is Nero, a bidder character who collects Horns of other Enader for a ritual so he can revive his old love.

Powers: He can produce fire from the void but need to sacrifice biological material (like flesh or horns), He is also capable of regenerating his wounds very fast but they stay as scars.

Bio and extra Information:
Nero wasn't always the bidder and brutal character he uses to be now, he was born in the flames of war (literally) of two human nations. Just a child from his way to fast birth, he became capable of mighty powers.
A Knight found the child stealing in their camp, but instead of killing or punishing he decided to bring it to his order. The Master of the Order found a big interest in the small magical creature and decided to promote and to train him - The child who was given the name Nero and it was planned that he might become useful in the future of the order.
And so Nero grew up under humans, learned to fight like all the other children who were given into the hands of this order and more importantly, he made friends. He learned under the strongest magician in the region to control his fire powers and fell for the daughter of this man who owned the name Vesta. Nero proofed himself to be very intelligent and a great fighter.

The master of the order considered him one of his best knights and a mighty warlock so he offered him to become his successor. Nero took the offer and also announced the marriage of him and Vesta. For a moment his life seemed perfect.
His fiery wife who was also a mighty magician wanted to make the order to become more than just a bastion of war, she wanted it to become a cathedral of the connection of the humans and Enader, an order where both species work and fight side by side. Nero loved the idea as much as he loved this woman. And so they founded the Order of Light and the knights stand fully behind the idea.

But we all know this story has to take a dark turn and so it does.
The times changed rumours spread, the order slowly fell in discredit after decades of serving the folk and the king. The Orders master was a devil, a monster and in bound with the darkest demons imaginable.
The order was finally attacked by the king's guard and army and on this fateful day many good men, women and others not mattering if Enader or human died there.
They took Nero's wife and bound her on a stake, she was burned to death. He could only save her corpse. The missing aid of the Enaders who already fled lightened a flame in him, a flame of hate. But he also couldn't let the humans go, not for what they did to him. The order was a sea of flames...
The last thing he did in the burned mountains of corpses who paved the floor of his order was to make a pact with an old goddess he had often read about.
She would revive his wife but Nero had to bring her into this world a ritual not possible for human magic, but the magic of Enaders.

The easiest way to obtain an Enaders magical powers was to cut off their horns, nothing a sharp sword couldn't do, but they wouldn't separate themselves from their magic in free will.

Years of madness and fighting should follow with just one goal, to see his wife again...but for what a price?

- The name is a Roman cognomen, which was probably of Sabine origin meaning "strong, vigourous".
- He got his right cheekbone broken when he still was a child, his face looks crooked since this incident.
- He always planned to have children with his wife but they couldn't receive.
- Nero fights with any weapon available, but he likes to cut and to stab foes and victims with his horn on his tail.
- When he gets enraged the skin around his eyes burns down like by his arms and small veins of ember become visible. His eyes start to glow brightly. It can become so bad that he even breathe fire.
- He wears horseshoes, also his main clothing is made out of a chain mail.
