I saw the wing tutorial by AbigailLarson for creature week, and decided to wing it (badum tss~)and give my little ink demon some fitting flappy appendages~

I feel like i still need to find the balance or right use of the rough, textured brushes with the soft effects I always use?
Will make the status update in a sec, but I'm honestly happy about these small little tutorial challenges.
