Okay, commenting on this one too. =B I really like your use of lighting on this one...it feels like the sun is just beginning to set and you can see where it stopped shining onto the forest floor and some of the rocks. Even though there's more cool colors than warm, the whole piece feels very warm. Awesome work!

You have such a way with color. What is your favorite subject matter to paint? Your creatures and landscapes inspire the hell out of me!

I wish it were possible. It was my own fault for making something so detailed.

I never could appreciate this until I saw how much hidden movement it had. You have to study it a little, but you really see it there. Quite nice. ^^

It's probably got something to do with my love of pastels. Man, colors don't get any more buttery! It's like painting with butter, only it's also drawing....best o' both worlds. (I'm talking myself into doing pastels again...)

Beautiful. I never noticed the climbing beasts on the art before because it's so small on the actual cards.

Its art for a land card in MTG where it makes your beast creature deal its power to another player's creature and vice versa.
The whole idea was that each creature type would have a land.
The upper shadows are most likely beasts from the art catologue from the set this is from while the lower would be random stuff like your opponents creatures.
Great art. One of my favorite creature types so I used this card a lot. XD
Do you sign cards?
