Really awesome result! You used a great colour combination! I'm also experimenting lately with pouring, it's so fun to do!!
Are you using pva glue as a pouring medium or a pouring medium brand (from liquitex for example)? So you never add any water to thin it out? And for the cells you use a few drops of silicone or something else? Would love to see more work from you, definitely worth the watch!

Thanx so much! Pouring really lends itself to playing with colours one would normally not combine.
After much trials and failures I concocted my own pouring medium of Floetrol, extender & pva glue. I add a bit of water to thin it down. Cells from liquid silicone.
I advise you to use smaller canvasses and scraps of wood offcuts while you iron out the kinks and perfect your formula, this takes tons of practice and can be hellish expensive! Good luck

You're welcome! Yes it's such a surprising technique! I'm always very excited to flip the cup
Until now I've used only cheap material, otherwise it is really expensive indeed. I'm just at the beginners level haha, often don't know what I'm doing And if I think this will turn out beautiful, it's awful and vice versa.. so yeah definitely need some practice a bit more. The hardest thing for me is to get the right consistency of the paint. Now, I use only glue (some sort of textile glue it's pretty liquid) and a bit of water to thin it down.

Yep, I agree with you on the consistency problem, too thick and i find it doesn't cell and cracks horribly... too thin and it overblends and and coverage is too thin!
Just remember its still art, doesn't have to be perfect!

Cool... do you use a pouring medium mixed with the paint to get this effect?

Yes, the acrylic paint needs to be thinned down, but simply adding water will make the paint crack
