I started this back last year after Halloween and finally got around to finish this the other day...
There was a costume contest at my work for Halloween, so I decided to go all out and dress up like the wicked witch.
My real intention was to take my kid siblings out trick or treating in my parents neighborhood if I was able to take that day off; and ride my old fashioned bike around with them and play the wicked witch theme song and scare the other kids and have the basket with toto strapped on the back of my bike....Buuuuut, plans changed but I still dressed up. Coincidentally and long story short...a fellow co-worker, a sweet old Asian lady, dressed up like Dorothy. The managers loved it and took pics of us, I scared a few kids but most looked at me in awe and wanted their pics taken with me before going to trick or treat...and a lot of adults loved my costume and the green makeup.
To this day tho, I still don't know who won the contest even tho I asked.

I used the toto basket as a substitute purse (my excuse for those that asked why I had toto: "Dorothy won't give me the shoes so I keep her dog, fairs fair") and put wings on my monkey phone case.
