Nickname: Lucas, Luc, the Time Traveler, Julius (only to his brothers)
Age: Looks 36, but stopped aging about two years ago.

Personality:

Lucas, in general, is extremely scatterbrained, conflicted and simply doesn’t get what in the world he’s trying to accomplish in life. He’s friendly in a sheepish, relatively confused sort of way, kind of like he doesn’t know exactly how to be friendly, but is giving it his best shot. He’s very easily made uncomfortable, and is easily annoyed, as well. He has problems ‘understanding’ people, and can barely understand his own emotions, let alone someone else’s. Because of this he doesn’t get along with many others at all. He’s easily manipulated, as well, and this is the one thing about himself he hates the most. (You can blame a certain Roy Salazar for this.)

He’s also ridiculously reckless and doesn’t care very much if he accidentally kills himself when doing something dangerous. He’ll jump into most situations without thinking about the potential consequences. Consequences have hardly any meaning to him anymore. However, he isn't considered valiant in the least, or at least he doesn't consider himself as such. He knows he does everything to help himself, and in general seems quite apathetic towards everyone else. He also holds grudges for years, and won’t easily forgive people who have done him wrong.

He's frequently left wondering what he's trying to accomplish in this life, and if he'll ever be able to do anything successful. He's quite pessimistic and also probably treats himself too harshly.

History:

As of right now, Lucas' history is a little fuzzy. All that is really known is that he grew up in Rome with relatively apathetic parents and his two brothers, Cassius and Cicero. Along the way, (it was probably in the 1880s) Lucas lost his left eye thanks to a man with a letter opener and also acquired the assortment of burns on his arms/legs, which are now covered by bandages.

In 1895 he met Roy Salazar and his life completely changed. Nothing else is really known, or at least Luc refuses to say anything else at all.

Other:
-Lucas picks up foreign languages extremely well. He knows Italian and English fluently, along with bits of German, French, Spanish and Latin.
-However, he is absolutely horrible at reading in English. (he's much better in Italian) This frustrates him, and he's been trying to improve, but he's not doing so well.
-He doesn't appreciate comments about his glass eye at all. It bothers him that he lost all depth perception after the accident (well, it wasn't exactly an accident) and now trips over everything and runs into things.
-As a fox, his hearing is many times greater than his human form, and is extremely acute. He can hear ridiculously well, which makes up for his relatively bad eyesight.

Alright, I decided the main characters of MNL need separate human and animal references. So here's Lucas' fox reference, though the written information is all the same as his human info. This guy is one of my favorite characters, and also the main antagonist of MNL. He's fun to draw, eep.

So, I like this pose, it turned out well. <3 His human ref. will be up soon, I just need to finish colouring it. For right now, here, have a Lucas! Now I can ask people to draw him more for commissions and whatnot, ehehehehe.

His left eye should be green-tinged, but I failed. ;A;
