if you still haven't watched it, I'd definitely recommend it! rewatched the entire series and the movie recently and turns out I still adore the series to bits

Absolutely agreed. I just rewatched the movie recently and I'm so surprised at how much of it went over my head as a kid. In the process of rewatching the anime for the 4th time now too!
