Elecman is one of my favorites, too. Oddly enough, I forced myself to like him and now he just kinda grew on me. XD Nice pic.

I would, but I suck at drawing Megaman 8 characters... They're too hard for me... The only one who I can draw from Megaman 8 is probably Frostman... Sorry...
