We're finally coming to the real end of this project. Second to last we have Neptune! I'm not going to explain again why I think he comes after Pluto, because I already explained in the Pluto picture. Anyway, I had somewhat of a difficult time with him. Unusually shaped face, fins everywhere, his flippers... All gave me a somewhat difficult time. Anyway, I think he turned out alright. I hope you like!Edit: I meant to submit this yesterday...
