at first it reminded me of a candy raver with a candy necklace. but they are perls so yeah. The image is kinda soft because of the slow shutter speed. Other than that, it looks great. Nice job!

yeah there is a bit of blur, mostly i noticed it in the necklace where there is some motion blur, with a shutter speed of 1/13th of a second unless its on a tripod its going to be blurred a bit. But considering the slow shutter speed its pretty clear.

excuse me sir.. that information on the right is wrong.. if you look at the time it says i took it at 4:30 am..... mmm no.. and i have the shutter speed at manual so i set it myself..the blur is a soft glow.. there was no motion blur at all. thank you.
