EDIT: Decided to shade it trying a new shading style..what do you think?This is Raigan, he is one of the chars to draw in the contest.
All you see here is exactly how he looks like and the chrest on his back ends BEFORE the tip of his tail! not exactly at the end of it! thats very important!
AND
he does not has anything at the end of his tail, no tailblade, no chrest, no nothing!
