EDIT: I LOVE SO MUCH. This is her second photo edit for me and I am flabbergasted at how perfectly she captured the image I had in my mind when I took this photograph. She edited the name on the tombstone to both protect the identity of the deceased as well as make it match the game. She also cleverly edited the DOB/DOD to match the correct years for Joey Bartlett. And of course she also masterfully got rid of the watch Val was wearing, something that I consider to be quite a challenge!Thank you so much, you have once again made my day for the next 6 months lol, I love this!!!!
This was taken at one of the cemeteries we visited. Val got out the watch and I posed him with his hand on his face as if it was making his head hurt (like in the game of course!) The watch is made 100% form scratch (and of course it does not function as a result of that...) Aside from the fact that the places that held the bands in place broke the rest of it did okay; I definitely need to use sculpey next time, no more model magic :\
I styled Val's hair for this shoot, as well as made Joey's watch (which uses the actual game model for the back and faceplate since I could never re-create them as well lol). Val of course made his Alex

wow - that is a good edit on the tombstone. at first i was astounded that you guys actually found someone named Joseph Bartlett - but then i was like oh >_> edit - regardless this is a masterpiece

The flowers on the grave are a nice touch, even if it was unintentional, reminds me of Joey's crypt with all the dead, dried-up flowers. Joey's name looks a bit too skewed on the stone, but nice font! The light bloom might also be a bit much, it washes Val out a bit. I like how the ground beneath Val is all dirt instead of grass. Nice work

I really liked that too; like I mentioned to you before it was very surreal seeing how the families decorate the graves of their loved ones. I hadn't thought about it, but you're right that the flowers do match the plot in the game!
Haha I played with that text forever and couldn't figure out how to get it right so I just picked my attempt that was the least bad. I might tweak that light you're talking about, I never am sure what things look like on other people's monitors b/c mine is very shitty. On my moms the colors always look so intense, so I will figure out if I can fix it; I might re-do it...I photoshopped his watch out terribly as well, so I think I will re-try this one in the future.

Thank you!!!! I think I just may take you up on that x3 Would you also be able to shop out the watch??? I LOVE how you edited the map for me on my Mary shot, it seriously made it how I envisioned. I will send you the original this time and let you play with it to your liking. No pressure of course, but if you have some spare time I would love to see how you do it
