Me admit me found Bent funny and then found this meme

Wheeljack: This little baby, the Lancia mech holds up device is to make that brotha of yours and any Decepticon more docile ^^ I tried a formula to put in energon but it had strange effects on Slingshot when we tested it on him so he won't volunteer again.

Swoop: Am it s'posed to make that noise? The young Dinobot flyer looks apprehensive as the device makes a bunch of clanks and warms up, a bead of light forming in the barrel.

Wheeljack: Don't worry! Just tell me if you feel anything. Shoots Swoop with device, the room being filled with blinding light and there is a squeak from Swoops direction that doesn't sound like his voice at all but closer to a sound Moonracer would make.

When the light fades, the Engineer pulls up his safety visor and activates / deactivates and reactivates his optics to readjust his visual. He jumps at the sight that finally comes when the static of pixelation clears to what looks like a femme version of his creation stands looking over him- herself. Swoop?
