Truly beautiful art, Really lovely watercolors, I love to see traditional art of modern characters... but why is she wearing her goggles in the pool?
...I suppose they might be underwater goggles along with all their other functions???

Thank you very much for the compliment! This actually was done with copic markers, very similar to watercolor.
The simple version of the answer to your question is that it simply distinguishes her from any other bluish girl in the pool in a bikini top
Imagine this drawing without those goggles, it wouldn't jump out as Widowmaker immediately.
Of course I enjoy the more imaginative version of the answer to this question, just like you said, who can say her goggles aren't waterproof and that she doesnt enjoy the underwater views of her fellow heroes

I would not have guessed those were markers, there's so much texture and movement there, it's amazing!
Yeah, I figured that without her goggles she'd be hard to identify... but hey, a hot blue chick is good any time!
