Smoke Shot: Inflicts a small amount of Physical damage up to three times with a chance of confusion on all enemies.
Roundhouse Assault: Inflicts a large amount of Physical damage on one enemy.
Maragilao: Inflicts a moderate amount of Fire damage on all enemies.
Fire Boost: Increases Fire damage output by 25%.
Marakunda: Decreases an enemy's Defense for 3 turns.
Power Charge: Next physical attack does 2.5x damage
Mind Charge: Next magic attack does 2.5x damage
Counter: 10% chance of reflecting a physical attack

Bio: Scare is a poor and carefree person who is always looking for a way to pay for his habit. No matter how bad the job is, as long as it pays well, he'll take it. Right now he is under orders from a blind witch to find someone under the name D.M.
Even though he may seem stupid, he has his moments in genius and can counter back almost every time someone has something to say.
Scare has his view on the world like this, as long as he has his smokes, he is happy, even if he is getting beaten... But anyone who stands in his way of looking for his targets (or hide his smokes) better run the hell away before his legs can flatten them.

This is a younger version of Scare (3 years before Shadow Kings) and he is about 5"11'.
