I think this turned out very nice. I don't know how to put this, but you seem to have an understanding of movement. This is the kind of pose which could seem really stiff, but it doesn't. I like the tilt of her head and her expression and the movement of the hair as well. The only thing that bothers me is the arm on the right. That's the only thing that seems stiff and it seems like you were purposely trying to hide her hand so you wouldn't have to draw it. (I could totally be wrong, but I've drawn arms that way a million times for that reason.

doing the shadows in PS come out better than trying to emphasize the existing pencil shadings.
