having a little boy myself, I think you've captured the "baby" features brilliantly. The chub in his cheeks and even the little arm dimple makes me think of my baby

I like the hair and the shading on the back very much. Only thing I think isn't too realistic is the hands (well, his right hand, and to some degree his toes) - they're more outlined than shaded and I'm not sure the colours would be that dark, especially on the knuckles. I like the profile face and the shading of it though.
