Why is it that Garudamon and Zudomon don't have a mega level when Lilymon, and MegaKabuterimon never actually got to Mega?

Don't worry. Garudamon's mega level is Phoenixmon and Zudomon's mega level is Plesiomon.

I think Disneyhater meant why is it that their mega forms aren't shown in this pic. Also, Zudomon's mega is widely considered Vikemon nowadays.
