This is the full picture for this fanfic , and it was very fun to both make and write. ^_^

Out of curiosity and ideas for a picture, I asked on Warrick Brownlow-Pike's Twitter what instrument the red-haired paladin "Freckles" would play. He responded he'd think his character would play the sitar or lute.

After some subsequent geeking-out on being answered by an actual AoR puppeteer - who has a lot of other cool characters in his repertoire, but they aren't paladins - it occurred to me that Rian canonically plays the lute as well.

The next track of my train of thought was, what would the perfect break be, just to resettle and refocus? Music is so important. The Drummers of Great Smerth, those with fircas and visions, even the Song of Thra. So, what better way to break from all the excitement but a song?

So, that brought about a jam session between Rian and Worlic, the Red-Haired Paladin. (I got the name Worlic from A. Warrick-Brownlow-Pike's name, and B. from the fact it sounds both Sifa and Vapran.)

Next, why would he still be there? Perhaps because Princess Brea was still there?

All of these thoughts rolled through my head after Mr. Brownlow-Pike's answer, and out of them came this picture and its subsequent story. I hope y'all like it. ^_^

Made in DAZ Studio, postworked in GIMP 2.

My biggest challenge was that Brian Froud IS NOT a DAZ Vendor, nor are any of the subsequent creators of Age of Resistance. Which is vexing, as it meant none of the clothing in my runtime come close to the series' designs without some serious changes and a lot of hand-waving. My biggest complaint are the wings - the wings of themselves are gorgeous, made by Aarki for his Meillyn outfit, with excellent shimmer, opacity, and gorgeous detail that a lot of other wings lack. Though they aren't true Gelfling wings, they are the closest I could find.
