Description just about 4-5 hours of work, nothing special...
again tytle inspired by the Cure

EDIT (took me about 3 hours)
-removed planet rings
-bit edited closer planet texture
-edited nebula
-bit retouched starfield
-rotated upside down
....also i am offering you bigger resolution, i hope you'll enjoy more

no it isnt fractal based.... bit brushed with hand also big help with textures
