Just a quicky. The mood struck me and I wanted to try a bit more realism. He reminds me of a lion... I love predator cats. Anywho, sleep now. ^^Related content

^^' I would too. I've been getting so caught up in trying certain techniques and details that I've been losing that flow that good art should have. Just gotta relax before I start a pic or I overwork it to death. XD

i love the lips. you paid very nice attention to those small realistic details! but it also has a neat flavor to it.

drawing really associates with lion or a tigre, but i think the reason is that in some weird unconscious connection with the stepmark on the print... its really working well

Very good for a quickie. I can see why you he reminds you of a lion - for me it's something with the eyes and the way he holds his head. I can't really find anything to criticise in this. Maybe it is a bit too smudgy in some places, but those are just details. And maybe it would have gotten more depth if you added some even darker shades to the mass of hair that's near the side of the face we don't see. But the nose and the mouth are excellently done, and the eyes has really got expression. Something in his features seems so very realistic. I like it a lot!

I see what you mean. I wasn't really thinking this was going to be anything more than a sketchy or I'd go back and fix some of those blurry places. Same with some of the sharp edges that I really don't want the focus to be on. The hair was such a crap out, but I ended up liking it. ^^' Some shadows would probably fix the depth problem on that side of the face too.
