Not really happy with the result but here it is anyway.EDIT: Thanks guys! Oh and forgot to mention that this is an environment exploration for a 2d game project that I'm doing at my school. Added some routs or something to give it more motion.

I understant you when you say you're not happy with it, even if it's really a nice picture, but it lacks something that the other ones have.
I don't really know what, I find here there is a lack of focus. Or maybe just a lack of brighter colours, of brilliant light.
It's still nice, but i prefer your other paintings ^^.

This is a fairly quick painting though it did lack something. I painted in a foreground element giving it more depth and motion, take a look!

I think it mainly lacked a foreground which made it look a bit flat I think soo I fixed it, take a look. At least it doesn't bug me as much anymore. Thanks.

yeah, i know what you mean... rather tell everyone what went wrong beforehand, just in case. only problem, most people won't even see it till you pointed it out ^^
still an awesome pic... but i think the one tentacle/root going around the ships house is a bit too agile, looks like its moving... at least fora a root...
but hey, don't ponder about it too much! let it be and just move on to the next! for me, it is one way or the other a great painting!

The thing was that I didn't know what bugged me about this painting at first, otherwise I would have told them. I know what you mean with the root thing and I agree. But as you said, time to move on. Cheers.
