I love this drawing, all I can say is that the shadows are amazing and the color of the flower brings depth to the picture.

OO that's really pretty. I can't draw flowers that well but maybe if I tried looking at one while I drew... well anyway the flower is just really pretty. Pretty Blue Flowerness!! Let's hope your flower doesn't wilt while your drawing it. ^ ^;;

lol. Thanks. Actually, I find it helpful to use a fake flower. That one there is fabric. XD But it takes for ever. 3 HOURS! It's nonsense, especially just for one flower. I'd say stick with the kindergarten style. XP

The brightness of the blue with the graphite background really makes the carnation the focal point. Great job.
