Place of Origin: Cybertron

Origin: He is the leader of the Decepticons and the archenemy of Optimus Prime and the Autobots in general. He was originally a miner named D-16 before competing in the Gladiatorial Arena in Kaon, naming himself after one of the original Thirteen Primes, Megatronus. This got the attention of Iacon data clerk Orion Pax, who supported his cause and gave him the opportunity to address the Cybertronian High Council. His darker ambitions got the better of him, however, and when Orion was named Prime over him, Megatron vowed to take control of Cybertron itself, rendering the world uninhabitable in the process. He would expand his voyage of conquest and war to Earth and continue to battle the Autobots and now the ACL.
