very nice technique, this is worth trying my hand at sketching...explained well enough below, I've done enough computer drafting to know how...

What kind of techniques were used for the perspective? I know 2 and 3 point perspective but I have no idea how to do slanted surfaces and complicated geometric shapes accurately

It`s made using 2 point perspective - but the most important is ability to understand and create geometry - if you know how to use geometrical construction in practise then it doesnt matter if you are drawing 2/3 point perspective vs axonometric.

This is how i do it:
1. Draw the cube
2. Look where the Shape touches the cube and draw those lines
3. Connect the lines (This way the rest of the shape forms)
I don´t know how good I explained the process, but i hope you get the idea.

This combines my least favourite thing, maths, with my most favourite thing, drawing...
