another fan-art of shadow link...well, i was wondering how could look this character crying, because actually he isn't sensitive enough to cry
so here is it! weird but i like it X3 looks cutte
this one is from my collection of old drawings i found XD hope you like it ^^

Actually, I think he COULD BE sensitive enough to cry. Once he's reformed at least. I imagine his reformed self being like Sunset Shimmer (From MLP EG: Rainbow Rocks). No one else trusts him but the Links. And Shadow tries to prove everyone that he truly is a good guy and he regrets what evil he has done. Just like Sunset Shimmer (Even though SHE didn't cry :/ ).
Just sayin'.

The true emotion is shown in every bit you can read the exact words of his mind there is no flaw in this sketch it reads a sentence that many including I have thought at least once. "Why do I exist." I wana hug shadow link now, ;-; he so adorable, DONT CRY SENPAII.

This makes sense in my theory.Β In my theory, Shadow wasn't always evil.Β He was a kid(5-10) when his parents wereΒ Murdered so he wanted revenge.Β He started to study magic but eventualy he found the dark magic necromancy.Β Being powerful magic he had a hard time controlling it thus it corrupted him.Β But it was always onΒ and offΒ but he still looked like a shadow all the time.Β But thereΒ was one more thing, he was in love with theΒ princessΒ whoΒ was a very beautiful girl.Β But when he confronted her for the first time she was very much afraid of him because he looked evil thus he was rejected.Β This was around the time that Vatti was arising.Β Vatti found shadow and took him under his wing.Β Ironicly he looks almost exactly like link.Β Since he was trapped with Vatti he never aged therefor he is technicaly the same age as link.Β Also I think I'm the only one who noticed but when he was talking to Zelda and she hit him he could of easily hurt her aswell but instead he walked away instead so this could mean that even after being rejected by the royal family ages ago he still had a little respect in term of not hurting her.
