AFTER LOSING A SWIM RACE TO HIS FRIEND MAX, FRED MUST NOW DO A FORFEIT - TO TOUCH MAX WHILE WEARING A STRAITJACKET

AND SPEEDOS! UNABLE TO DO SO and FRED WOULD NOT BE FREED FROM HIS RESTRAINT.

This 4-panel comic was tiring and time-consuming and I will not want to do this often.
