Whaaa finished my very first storyboard / comicpage this was so much fun.I SHIP THOSE TWO SO HARD
This is actually the scene where Blurryface and Dust met eachother for the first time!
I really hope you like it guys, put everything into that one.
It's one of the works going into my artportfolio and now there are only 5 days left until I have to send it in.

Well, I would really appreciate critique or any feedback for this, I really want to improve! {because I am planning on doing more of those}
Do you think it's interessting? Is it well drawn? What could I make better next time? cx

holy shhhshsh this looks so good. i love how you drew the eyes and also the color choice on the background is really nice. The way you included multiple plants and trees on the background (such as cattails, ferns, weeping willow etc.) is good too, because most comic pages I see lack detail on the background and instead focus on the character only. In the front they usually put down some boring old grass and I feel like the fern here and there makes things interesting.
For critique, I feel like in the 5th panel, Blurryface should have her arms up to give the viewer a better idea that she's going to pin Dust down. I couldn't tell at first because this computer kind of blends darks together so the paws didn't stand out, although I might've been able to tell on my phone, idk, just a word of advice. You could use this (youtu.be/JjiOhzgCJqM?t=1m50s ) as a reference for that, but it is a bit exaggerated so it might not work here. Also it looks like on the 5th panel's background layer you used motion blur, but instead of being "zoom" (where the motion blur starts at Blurryface and then goes across the background) you used it in only one direction (linear). I feel like it would give a better illusion of her pouncing at Dust if the background had zoom motion blur applied to it instead, because having linear motion blur is usually good for a character running in a direction, not for pouncing at the viewer.
Still, amazing comic page, especially for the first time O: I still really love how this is illustrated and I think it was executed nicely

Ich schreib's jetzt nicht als Kritik, weil... ich mich damit nicht auskenne lol
Jedenfalls wollte ich sagen, dass cih es (wie wohl die meisten) sehr toll finde, wie das alles aussieht, auch tlw so halb verschwommen, das sieht total gut aus. Nur im dritten Bild finde ich Dusts Kopf ehrlich gesagt etwas seltsam, er ist etwas lang und das Auge sieht seltsam aus, aber das kann auch am Charakter liegen, weil da ja das hellgrüne Etwas so komisch ist q.q
Aber ansonsten sehr, sehr hübsch und bei weitem bessere Anatomie als meine, haha x3

I Am not gonna write this under Critique since it's just a small thing, but on the 5th box Blurry's eyes should be more silted maybe to show more of a threat, her eyes seem to be too rounded so as a viewer it builds more tension seeing those black slits glaring back at you.
Just a small detail that may change the idea around Blurry's character from when you first see her.

I really wasnt sure how to put her eyes in this comic. She shall look a bit angry but still not "evil" because she really isn't. She is a soft hearted cat but also militant you know? ;w; hard to visualise this.

Du bekommst jetzt eine Rückmeldung auf Deutsch, da ich viel zu faul bin, um es auf Englisch zu formulieren xD
Ich mag den Comic wirklich gerne, man sieht, wie viel Mühe du dir damit gegeben hast. Kritikpunkte an sich habe ich keine, man könnte den HG auf dem 2. Bild vielleicht etwas detaillierter gestalten (Reflexionen im Wasser, die Bäume und das herabhängende Zeugs), aber da ich nicht weiß, wie viel Wert du auf den HG legst, ist das nur ein kleiner Kritikpunkt.

Die Hintergründe sind um ehrlich zu sein alle viel zu detailliert geworden. Eigentlich sollte alles nur ganz grob angedeutet werden, irgendwie krieg ich das nur nicht so gut hin. X'D
Das 2. Bild war das erste fertige Panel, da konnte ich mich irgendwie mehr zusammenreißen. ;w;
Nächstes mal versuche ich es noch einheitlicher zu gestalten, dankeschön. <3
