Species: EctonuritePlanet: Anur Phaetos
Formerly one of the original 10 aliens Ben had on the Omnitrix, Ghostfreak had a mind of its own and escaped the Omnitrix and is now a villian. Later in the series Ghostfreaks true form was added to the Omnitrix.

From what I'm aware having its DNA on there was completely accidental. It got caught when Myaxx was getting DNA samples from another species.
