Adoptable, sold to me by 0-P-A-L

Peridot Facet-1G Cut-5AX, alias "Glitteridot" later on, is an Era 1 Peridot that, despite her rather mundane role in the hierarchy, quickly climbed the echelons with her fantastic works on Warp Pads ... and on her impressive strategies during the Earth Rebellion. That, and the fact she was with the few remaining Gems coming back from said revolution ...
That made her rank go from a simple Peridot to a weird in-between below Garnets, but above Agates. This gain of power also allowed her to obtain a Gem Destabilizer from the Diamonds. And as other Peridots thought she'd become tyrannical because of her new rank ... she actually did the opposite : proposing herself to represent all Peridots, much like what Earthlings would call an "ambassador" : she'd gather reactions, positive or negative, from her kin and report it to the Diamonds regularly (around ... every ten years), for seeing about possibly changing some things about their style of work, what they actually do, ect. Most of what she gathers can't be told to the Diamonds, unless she wants either her (or them) shattered !
During her promotion, she got the possibility of getting a Gem alongside her, like most high-prestige ones ... and she decided to choose a Jade : Fern Jade . The little-in-shape girl was, and still is, the little protégé of Glitter, making everything in her power (most likely her Gem Destabilizer) to protect her ! She never went too far, but if she has to do it for her ... she will !
She also got two specific Peridots under her surveillance. Being her 'most reliable Peridots in case of emergency', they actually ... aren't the sharpest tools in the shed ! These gems are Peridot Facet-2F5 Cut-9ZQ (Shady) and Peridot Facet-2F5 Cut-9ZY (Nephridot). These two are inseparable and prefers to loaf around rather than doing their job when asked ... if you want a close comparaison, think Rigby and Mordecai personality-wise. Yeeeaaa ....

Personality-wise, we go in there : whatever it was before, or after her promotion, she was always stone-faced and strict-looking. The only moments where her stone mask breaks is around her Jade, filling her with joy everytime !
As for a look before said promotion ? Well, look how her body looks without the jacket ... that's basically that ^^"
