Me (EXxiilED)'s Terms of Service: TOS - Adopts, Customs, and CommissionsI've had a bit of an issue recently (within the last year or two) with people selling adopts or crediting my art as their own within the last couple of months, so I'm making this official.
These rules have been here in my adopts, but I decided I needed to make it official and have a journal for everything I create.
By purchasing my art/designs, you consent to the my terms of service (TOS). Please read these and ensure you are okay with everything. Please comment if you have questions.

Adopts and Customs
Please use the designs! I spend a lot of time to design them - please do not use them as trade fodder. I would love if you notify me if you trade a design of mine, but this is not required.If you buy a design of mine, you are welcome to change them as much as you like as long as they are still somewhat recognizable. If you have any questions you are free to ask me.Do

3. Bid only if you have the money!
4. I will give the winner a seperate without the background and a color palette! Please make sure I do this!
5. Please respect me, the one managing bids!!
6. You may repost the art but please credit EXxiilED for the art!
7. You may resell, but not for higher than the original price of the character and any possible commission prices added on. You may not sell it for higher than that.
8. Entirely in USD!
