Part 2 of 3 >>>Aw jeez, it's almost the end of the month and I still haven't posted these up? Guess I didn't have quite as much that I was able to post after all. (Or at least, most of them were contained in that sketchdump.)
During my playthrough of Story of Seasons, I was only able to think of these three comics...mostly because I've taken lots and lots of pictures of the game and posted it on my Tumblr account instead. Also, I guess I could go on and on about how different Nadi was from Sanjay and how the tsundere archetype is kind of an inherently unrealistic one that made me have a ton of trouble with him personally, but I've already written about that at length on Tumblr, so you can always go there to read about it if you're curious.
Still, though, for a game that took as much time as it did to play through, three comics is better than nothing! I'll just file these under the "short comics" subfolder of my "Miscellaneous Stuff" folder in the meantime.

Gotta love items that give super powerful effects...
*Looks at IGF OC... who ends up forced to get a cybernetic implant due to a genetic defect and abnormal lifestyle causing some health issues... and ends up with a unusual natural healing rate afterward.*

No kidding. XD
I believe these items were made for use on the original difficulty mode of this game, which supposedly drops your stamina at an insane rate. Of course, that's assuming you even *know* how to find the exact combo, given how little information there is about these sorts of things anywhere...

Ahh yes, the stamina loss rate... reminds me of why I rage-quit on my first (And last) attempt on Harvest moon...
(I tried Magical Melody and learned real quick that apparently watering only 3-5 plants was enough to almost put you in the hospital for some odd reason, as the 6th saw my character pass out. I did see Tree of Tranquility having less restraints on this, as my grandmother plays it and she was able to tend to every one of her crops on just her base stamina with no issues, so I'm sure many of the other games are not as hard and such... but after seeing a doctor to my attempts to water a few simple turnips, I found it difficult to go back... Nothing Vs. Harvest Moon, just some Gamer Rage at a very unexpected spot in the gaming world.)

I totally understand. Harvest Moon games are weird in the sense that though they supposedly revolve around similar premises and mechanics, how those mechanics actually play out can vary a GREAT deal from game to game. Sunshine Islands for the DS was the first one I tried, and I'm kind of surprised that I managed to get as far as I did in that game without ragequitting, because I only found out later that it was one of the most difficult Harvest Moon games out there.
A New Beginning is quite easy on the stamina, which is why I assume there are no stamina boosts in that game, but in Story of Seasons, the original difficulty was so hard that enough gamers complained in Japan, so they added a new difficulty mode called Seedling Mode, where stamina goes down half as fast and everything is 30% less expensive. Eheh, I played on that mode since I was more concerned with...other things...
But yeah, Story of Seasons is the first Harvest Moon game with an adjustable difficulty mode, and even if it only gives you two options, it's already a heck of a giant leap forward compared to all the other games in the series on that front.

I don't blame you on doing Seedling mode... I'm one for difficulty (Coming from someone who plays on the hardest difficulty possible of 90% of the games he plays on the first run, and complains about not enough difficulty), but sometimes they work too hard at making the game hard, sometimes to the point that I may as well play Ninja Gaiden, and there are VERY few games that manage to do that in a practical manner... and even fewer that successfully encourage playing on normal at least to learn first... (I would say easy, but some games either require you to mess up enough times to get it, or insult you for playing on such a difficulty, Ninja Gaiden Black being a great example of both cases due to requiring you to fail on the first level 3 times, before proceeding to, on the newly acquired Easy difficulty, dressing you up in a silly manner and having your sidekick make fun of you every chance he gets as a way of punishing the player for deciding to take it easy...)
Meanwhile... "Newcomer farmer leaves hospital and throws farming equipment around in a fit of rage after having passed out due to 'watering a few turnips', more at 11..."

Nah, this was just in my playthrough. They don't even show up when you wear them.
(And what do you mean by "too"? If these things didn't give you such a cool effect in the game, I wouldn't touch them with a ten-foot pole. XD)

Hey, not everyone likes wearing the same things. That's why they're called accessories; even wearing them is optional.
(I get the feeling that you probably meant to say "that's *too* bad", but in case you weren't, I would like to be rather forceful on this point since I have dealt with this sort of judgmental mindset more often than I'd like before.)
