A silly little practice doodle that took wayyyyy longer than it should have. I've been listening to a lot of Led Zeppelin lately, guess which song I can't get out of my head.I've been trying to nail down a consistent style lately but it just isn't happening, but hey, at least I'm discovering that I can do a lot of different types of cutesy styles in the meantime.
... this was originally facing to the left but when I flipped it this way it looked a lot more dynamic for some reason so here we are. Maybe someday I'll draw something that's not Pokemon or Finch.

Love it!
The sense of movement is very fluid and the pose is great! I really like the effect that the wings have, in that they look like they're about to flap at any second. The perspective is nice and I love the shading as well.Β
All in all, a simple, but mesmerizing piece!
