Redesign of one of my old cringey OCs, except she still looks like an unholy fusion of Celestia, Nightmare Moon, and Queen Chrysalis because it do be like that

Only things I really have on her are that when she shapeshifts (which she can do) the rainbow dots still remain present in her eyes (assuming the form she takes on has eyes) no matter what, and the symbol on her flank might be less a cutie mark or something and more like a random emblem she has appear there via shapeshifting because yes
