Just let her have fun. If she wants to draw this in her way she can, not everything is about being the best and it's quite rude that you keep comparing her to her sister. Not to mention that she isn't American and english isn't her first language, so do some research before you assume shit. If she wants "kids" to congratulate her art she can, she had issues with being popular/people harassing her before, so if she wants to keep her fanbase small she can. Not everyone wants to be famous.

Youre getting pissed off for no fucking reason lmao. You keep calling people kiddos and acting like you're sooo cool for saying that like ok then my guy, im not saying that you can't give criticism, im saying that what you said was disrespectful. Telling someone that everyone that compliments their art are "kids" is fucking stupid. All im telling you to do is to let her have fun, but nope you got to get pissed off for no reason. She doesnt have to listen to your criticism if she doesnt like it, stop trying to force it on her. She draws without bases sometimes but she stopped because people kept harassing her for it. You barely know everything about her and i bet you dont give two flying fucks about actually trying to understand her reasoning. The fact that you call her out for her grammar is even more stupid. Now Dipeon I understand your Briticism and I like that. But it's probably your wording that's making everyone mad and I know you are not trying to be rude. It just comes off as rude. So if you can just make sure that when you type it to make sure it doesn't sound harsh to the reader.
DarkHeartMlp, I understand that he might seem rude and mean but he is giving good criticism and you can't just start calling him names and assuming he doesn't know anything about her. That is mean and very disrespectful and you should watch how you talk to people because it will come off as being defensive and negative.
Ok so I agree with both statements and I understand that her art is towards a younger demographic, but on the other hand she does need to improve her art.

You DO realize you kind of insulted quite a few people who likely aren't kids and who genuinely enjoy the artwork. Also, using bases isn't a bad thing, for some people it's the only way they can confidently create artwork that they feel proud of. There is such a thing as being TOO critical, especially towards someone who is clearly putting a lot of effort into what they do, and enjoying it while they do so.
Also, it's really rude of you to point out her grammar like that without knowing the reason behind said grammar, there are some people who have trouble with it even after years of writing, myself included.

And for the same reason, I will continue to state mine. The way you are trying to "help" is by being rude and overly critical. I've seen her do work without bases as well, but telling her to stop using them altogether is just rude. Just looking at this piece, I can tell she put in so much time and effort to make it look perfect, regardless if she used bases or not. Also, your argument isn't even logical, seeing how I'VE improved my own artwork over time by using bases, and likely wouldn't have if I simply attempted to draw without them. (And yes...I have tried, and they do NOT turn out.)
It's one thing to want to help someone improve, it's a completely different thing to try to tell them how you believe they should do their work. It's not a bad thing to want people to do better, or to believe they have the potential for more, but you should never attempt to push your own opinion as the best and only way for someone to improve.

You know something, if you don't see improvement then in my opinion, you aren't looking. Using bases can be just as difficult as drawing from scratch in certain cases, and it takes a lot more work than you seem to believe it does. I've been watching both Galaxy and her sister for a while now, and I've seen them both improve greatly even when they were already doing amazing work.
I've had people tell me my art is trash because I use bases, but you know what else I've had people say? I've had people tell me how good my characters look, or how creative an idea it is, without them even mentioning the fact that I used a base. And do you know why they don't mention it? Because there's NOTHING wrong with using them. Based on how you're talking, I'd have to say that you simply have a problem with bases or even that you have a problem with people who use bases.
If you aren't trying to cause an argument, then perhaps you shouldn't act as if people who use bases aren't trying as hard as people who don't, because that's the vibe I'm getting from the way you're putting things.
