Definitely seconding the cell shading comment.
Overall the anatomy looks really good, and it shows in the shading, especially in the hip area, however it sort of looks like the foreleg is coming out of his neck(but then again, I don't really know what he looks like from the front).
You might be able to fix that by bringing the visible part of the leg to just about where your second shade level is, underneath his neck.
