Hello everyone! Today we are going to take a look at another piece from the Elemental Flux Series. While we are doing this, we are going to meet one of the most unusual characters that have aligned themselves with the Brigade over the past few years.

Etheranagos , rarely made his elders happy. His connection to magic wasn't as strong, his spell weaving techniques often flawed and his young mind frequently undisciplined and split between things that were, and that could be. Branded as a hopeless dreamer, met with repression instead of understanding and frequently berated for his shortcoming, the young blue dragon has left the icy home of his flight in search of knowledge and experience decades ago.

Venturing all over Azeroth, he found himself drawn to the younger races, and out of curiosity decided to try and live among humans without being noticed. Masquerading himself a Ether, an outlandish human sorceress, Etheranagos joined the military and became a firsthand witness to the mayhem that struck Azeroth when the dark portal opened. Completely drawn into the conflict, Ether passionately fought along her alliance comrades and the chain of events that followed left her stranded with the Sons of Lothar on the hostile world of Outland. Cut off from her azure heritage, Ether has fully embraced her new role in life and honed her skills in magical research alongside the human spell casters. Her ever growing magical aptitude and capacity for magic unheard of among humans, earned Ether a swift rise through the ranks.

When the Dark Portal re-opened more than twenty years later, Lieutenant Sorceress Ether returned to Azeroth, where she was assigned to investigate the Brigade and estimate the danger their unconventional use of magic posed to the kingdom of Stormwind. She was drawn to the mercenaries nearly immediately, as their quest to make the lands better and protect the common folk without the need for faction labels resonated somewhere deeply in the heart of Etheranagos the dreamer.

Witnessing corruption among the ranks of the human military and nobility and easily unraveling ulterior motives behind the investigation itself lead Ether to question her place in life once more. Resigning from military, Ether joined the Brigade as an adept spell caster, revealing her dual nature over the course of following months. I'm certain we'll learn more about the adventures of Ethernagos and Ether in the near future.

I hope you are enjoying the Elemental Flux series. I have spent a lot of time working on this piece and tried many new things. As with the rest of the Elemental Flux pieces, even this one will be animated down the road. I hope you enjoy the final result!
