Description
I've seen a lot of Meteor Hoppers being converted to some sort of a motorcycle so I thought I should give it a try.The only difference, I think, from this one compared to the others I had seen, is the shield used. Instead of using Wing Gundam's shield on the front, I used Gundam MK-II's shield instead, and I matched the color scheme to GN Mikazuchi's color scheme.
Main weapons are the two gatling cannons which are removable, two long beam sabers attached on the side, and a pair of missile pods at the back which flips up when activated.

Oh from what I remember BANDAI did sell a Gundam product with wheels, while my blueprint is in tact and classified. Your designs look nice with the color scheme.

It looks awesome. Wing meets Dragonar, very cool. Β

Interesting. I've been tempted to make a bike out of 2 Hoppers I got, but the seat is my biggest problem. I want something other than just a stud for stuff to sit on, the rest I've pretty much worked out. How you make yours, & do you have any pics of it?

Well I guess it really depends on your style and also the available parts you have. I just used some spare parts from the Gundam Battle Arm Arms custom parts. Some people actually had to cut (or carve off) some parts from the Meteor Hoppers like in this one (gundamguy.blogspot.ca/2014/02/β¦ ).
I just used the "arm" parts from that set and connected it to the main parts of the 2 hoppers to put them together. And from that part I built the "seat" on. It's basically another arm.

This is what it looks like when the peg is hidden.

And this one is when the peg is on top of it so it can hold the gunpla sitting on it.

Hope that helps.

Nice work. I have a friend who's trying to make a full bike out of a couple Meteor Hoppers. How did you assemble yours?

Thanks. I did a mixed parts of two Meteor Hoppers, those "arms" you get from Hyper Gunpla Battle Weapons set to connect the two Meteor Hoppers, and I changed the shield to a Gundam MK-II's shield instead of the Wing Gundam's.
Some parts here I had to carve of using a hobby knife to attach it to the middle part of the bike like the two black side armors. I guessΒ I should take a photo of those next time since I had to glue some of them to keep them from falling off.

I think the "arms" from the weapons set was what my friend was missing. I'll let him know.

I guess so. The builder where I based the main frame for this actually had to cut off the parts to just put them together, but I don't know how to do that so I just used those arms to connect them, and it actually works. It also made the bike look a bit longer.

Ahhhh, now THAT definitely helps. The friend I mentioned had shown me a Meteor Hopper bike build on GundamGuy before, but it didn't have any side shots like this did. I just showed him this and he says it oughtta help a lot. Thanks again!
