The nacelle struts seem rather a bit too Galaxy-ish in fore view to me relative the ship's overall aesthetic, though. But such may be just a matter of personal taste.

looking less Sovereign, and more like the Odyssey now (dorsal saucer only), but still looking great!

yea the elevation views might seem similar, but when drawn in perspective, it'll look like a whole different ship

A much better ship too, the Odyssey in STO (I assume you're referring to that one) is yuck. This is very well done and would make a much better Enterprise-F imo. Top work.
