When using a genesis 3 figure, I often apply the smoothing modifier to my models and increase the normal map to 2(max value is 1 but you can take off parameter limits if you need more). The normal maps helps increase details on the knees. Also I might recommend shape shift by Zevo at daz3d.com. There is alot of morph to make the girls bigger and add details to some body parts.
