Description
Anyways, went away for the weekend up to Inskip Point, camping as always. We went out to the mudflats by the mangroves at low tide to get some yabbies (they look like mini prawns they live under the sand, not freshwater yabbies that look like crayfish) for bait and the boys went on a journey through the mud...had so much fun and I just had to get the camera out to get a photo!! Anyways, this is my youngest brother, who's just turned 12, enjoying life to full, covered literally from head to toe in mud and having the time of his life! All 3 were head to toe in mud, altho Zi had kept his face reasonably clean. And Nala came back a black labrador, not golden, she loved the idea of the mud too! Anyways they had to walk back on the beach to our campsite, became the latest tourist attraction on the beach, people stopped n took photos, hahaha!Related content

It looks like a lot of fun. I remember being covered in mud like this and sliding through it when I was a teenager

This is really vibrant, eye-catching and full of life.
I don't think I'm in a position to give you proper crit as such, though I'd like to comment on one thing which occurred to, if I may - which is that it might work really well as a tight, cropped, portrait, with the same aspect as the image itself - just rotated 90 degrees.
My theory being that it by filling the entire frame with your brother's face, and by cutting out most of the remaining free space, you'd end up with quite a "concentrated" and high-impact image.
Regardless though, I think you captured a very endearing and uplifting image.
Great image.
PS: I don't know how folks can either a) view this without commenting and b) view it without being taken in by it.
