I hand-drew this of Deedee from "Dexter's Laboratory", a young, ballerina girl who is as dim as a light bulb but has a bit of smarts for a little girl. Deedee hates a boy named Mandark, who keeps stalking her into loving her as her brother Dexter gives Mandark a run for his money.Related content
