i downloded it XD youll have to teach me how to use it.

Its pretty simple, you make the images (like draw 5 differnt pictures of Link waving) each picture would be one part of the animation, You would draw link starting to wave his hand and then slowly make him raise it up through a series of more pictures. Then you put them together in the program (Make sure you save each picture and name somthing like Linkwave1,Linkwave2,linkwave3,Linkwave4, and Linkwave5) then you put them in the slots. Now you have to put down an output name (something like linkwavefinished)
After you have the output name you have to set the speed (I found that 3 works and looks the best XD) and the click create gif XD
