Talent: Gaming and drawing.
Abilities: Flying, breathing fire can eat gems (doesn't like the taste) is stronger/faster than a normal pegasus, has a healing factor.
Hoppy: Collecting ancient artifacts and experimenting with potions/magic.
Home: At a mountain Nord of Ponyville.
Born/raised: Close to Tartarus.
Curse form: Only appears when he is strongly treated and he will lose all control of himself.
Personality: Confident and prideful and looks at the world with cold login, doesn't believe in good and evil but believe in the consequence of your choice
and have a dark sense of humor.

Pony version story:
Gamerpen was originally born a pegasus but because of a Blight, he was turned into a dragon pony hybrid.
One day on a picnic Foal Gamerpen ran away from his parent by following a dragonfly into the forest.
While following the dragonfly, he ran into a stationary sphere of Darkness.
The sphere absorbs Gamerpen into it and slowly transforms him.
His feather wings become dragon wings, his mane/tail fall off and get replace with dragon scales, and other changes.
And the Blight when inside of him.

As he transforms there was a voice talking:

You are a pegasus. You slip through life like a bird. Trying to hide from everything greater than you — lest you be reduced, again, to a chick.
You have been taken.
Come out into the light. You will never be diminished again. No one will ever rebuke you with anything.
The fight is not yet begun. True immortality awaits you.
Stop howling. Set down your hooves and wings. Your fear is over. Your weakness is done. You will be strong now.
What is your purpose? What law drives you?
There is a knife for you. It is shaped like ( I Take)
Take up the knife. Breathe the power. Take your new shape.

He was found again by his parent but they were in shock by his new appearance.
Later on in his life, he was made an outcast by all the ponies in his little town.
One day all the ponies gang up against Gamerpen, he feels so treated that it triggered a transformation.
In that form he has no sense of fear, danger or pain, there is only rage and destruction.
After his outbreak and got tired out and transform back.
He then was band from his town and was imprisoned to Tartarus (he is not sure how long he was there 500 maybe 1000 years).
Later on he broke out and move to a mountain Nord from Ponyville.
