This will be rather big update, however, because it's an update related to one of the episode that was released earlier in 3 countries, details are a spoiler, so it's either a wait till this Saturday (at earliest, vectors are still in the works) or via PM, if you don't mind spoilers and are curious.

Long story short- it's a result of past mistakes involving alchemy and later, side effect of mutation process he went through.

I'm not hiding that- Warframe lore is a big influence to my character. Even the name of tribe/guild/order and his powers, and how they work, were inspired by it.
Although some bits of this character are inspired by other sources.

I only recognize it because my boyfriend absolutely loves Warframe. We're working on a desert that says "Golden Equipment Farming Simulator" In the main written language of Tenno's in game.

I like Octavia. She's a pretty frame. I wanna draw her and Octavia from MLP

Octavia is pretty fine, and the reference to MLP Octavia is pretty strong in that one. Also, me and my Friend (who also play Warframe) see Banshee in her deluxe skin as Vinyl Scratch.
My personal favourite is Ash. He's a little tricky to play, but if you know how, he might have nice sustain even in high level missions while still being damn effective. Also his Koga skin looks badass
